The hotel was budget-friendly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to the park, municipal hall, and key landmarks in the city. The room was new and clean, with high water pressure and a good heater. nearby there's a laundromat and a grocery store convenient for longer stays.
The size of the rooms themselves is problematic. They aren't spacious and could be cramped for two people.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to Mr Bright laundromat, making laundry services easily accessible. It is also located near the airport and the highway, providing easy access to transportation. the beds in the room are somewhat comfortable, and the staff is accommodating. Free breakfast is also provided to guests.
One negative aspect of the hotel was the unresponsive Wi-Fi signal.

My stay at Rnr Suites was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby establishments. The room was clean and spacious, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and airport transfer were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Legazpi City.

This hotel is great for a romantic getaway! the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that there was a supermarket nearby, and that we could easily take transportation to different parts of the city. Plus, the view of the nearby volcano was breathtaking - definitely a highlight of our trip!
That the internet connection was spotty at best. We also had a few issues with the key, but the staff were quick to help us out.

We had a lovely 3-night stay in this hotel. The location was great, as it was near to many shops, restaurants, malls, and transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing additional bedding when we needed it. The water pressure and hot water were also good. Best aspects: Cleanliness, parking, transportation, staff.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
